Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Kahoto J Yepthomi, Sr. Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at yepthomikj@cag.gov.inor agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee.
Further, all heads of the departments are requested to quote the employee’s unique ID numbers, which are recorded in PIMS, while forwarding applications for pension, GPF final payment and leave encashment documents.
