Organisations condemn murder

Dimapur, June 4 (EMN): Naga People’s Front (NPF) has condemned the brutal killing of the three youth which was allegedly committed by two Karbi persons in Dimapur on June 4. NPF alleged that the state has witnessed random killings, extortion on business community, raping of women and minor girls after the People’s Democratic Alliance (PDA) took over the government. Condemning the recent factional killings in Arunachal Pradesh, the party has appealed to the Naga Political Groups to maintain peace among the group. Further, the party also called for total ceased of gun culture among the Naga factions. NPF has urged the government to focus more on real development that will benefit the entire populace. Meanwhile, the Zeliang People’s Organisation of Nagaland (ZPO) has condemned the alleged ‘cold blooded’ murders of the three youth on June 4 in Dimapur. ZPO has appealed the law enforcing agency to carry out the probe at the earliest and booked the culprits to avoid further escalation of problems on communal and tribal lines.
