Opinion newsletter to be launched

Our Correspondent Kohima, Nov. 4 (EMN): ‘Naga Opinion,’ a monthly newsletter is set for launch during mid-December. This was informed during an interaction of its publisher with media persons on Monday at Kohima. Its editor and publisher Edward Lotha, an advocate by profession, said it was an ‘inner urge’ for a social purpose and initiative. He termed the project ‘mission of truth.’ Lotha maintained that the newsletter would be a clarion call and a platform to address political and social issues besides religion and philosophy, with the main focus being culture. He said that the publication will have various opinions from contributors and intellectuals. Further, Edward Lotha said the first phase of the publication will highlight issues of the states monthly. The newsletter will be published weekly. He added that a copy of the newsletter will cost INR 25 and would be first circulated in Kohima and Dimapur.
