Open Badminton C’ship concludes

EMN Dimapur, January 12 The 16th Veteran Club Open Badminton Championship concluded on January 9. Players from Dimapur, Mokokchung, Kohima, Dimapur, Medziphema and Nagaland Police took part in the tournament. Gracing the closing ceremony as the guest of honour was Dr. Tali Lkr, MD, ZHRC, who encouraged the players to bring laurels to India and particularly to Nagaland. He also spoke on the benefits of sports which is scientifically and medically proven which helps to live long and makes the bones stronger. The vents of the championship was veteran mixed double, sub veteran double, men’s single and men’s double.
