Dimapur, Jan. 2 (EMN): Lanchibemo Tsopoe emerged as the winner during the 2nd Open Air Rifle Shooting competion held at community hall Likya Yankho, in Wokha on Dec. 31, 2018.
Organised by CRYT, out of 22 male participants, Lichanbemo walked away with a cash prize of INR 3000, while Nrithung Humtsoe and Nzanthung Odyuo were declared second and third position and were awarded cash reward of INR 2000 and INR 1000.
While in the female category, six women participated where Josephine Ngullie was adjudged as the winner and Mercy Tungoe was placed in the second position and they walked away with INR 3000 and INR 2000.
The competition is an annual event organised by CRYT on the last day of the year where shooters from various colonies residing in Wokha town participate every year.
