Dimapur, April 24 (EMN): On April 24 at around 1:30 pm, Dimapur Police Anti Extortion Team (AET) - 1 party nabbed one person identified as Tokavi Ayemi (18 yrs), son of Ikugha of Henivi village, while he was collecting illegal tax from vehicles plying at Henivi village in Dimapur.
According to a press release received on Tuesday from Dimapur police, six extortion slip of NNC (NA); nine Henivi River Bank maintenance tax slip; 28 Henivi youth department road maintenance slip; one GPRN UT-1 tax slip; 12 NPGN / NNC (N/A) tax ; and cash amount of INR 1860 were recovered from his possession.
In this connection, a regular case has been registered at Diphupar Police Station Dimapur for further investigation.
