Dimapur, Dec. 4 (EMN): Troops of 3 Assam Rifles has busted a racquet of printing illegal extortion slips near NSF office in Kohima on December 2 and arrested one person during an operation.
The racquet of printing illegal extortion slips was run by Mashevinu Chaya, daughter of Videhol Chaya at Ato Xerox Centre, near NSF office, Kohima. The accused revealed that she prints illegal extortion slips of various cadres on the demand placed by various factions.
The accused is a resident of Jail Colony in Kohima. The individual alongwith recovered items were handed over to North Police Station for further investigation, AR statement stated.
