One fresh Covid case detected, 6 recovered in Nagaland

Dimapur, Feb. 18 (EMN):
One positive case of Covid-19 was detected in Nagaland on Thursday, taking the state’s tally to 12191.

This was informed by the minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.

‘One positive case of Covid-19 was detected today (Thursday) while six patients from Dimapur recovered,’ tweeted the minister.

According to the information provided by the Health department, Nagaland currently has 29 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 28 are asymptomatic and one mild. The state has also recorded 11,919 recoveries and 91 deaths, out of which 10 are ‘not Covid-related’.

In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Kohima has 27 cases and Dimapur-2, while other districts have zero cases.
