One cadre held at Monyaksho

[caption id="attachment_94326" align="alignnone" width="560"] 40 Assam Rifles troops along with the apprehended cadre.[/caption] Dimapur, Jan. 20: Based on specific input, an operation was carried out by 40 Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (North) in Manyaksho on January 17. During the search operation, an active NSCN (K) cadre, identified s one Pichung Konyak (25), son of Antin Konyak of Tuensang district was apprehended alongwith one pistol and three rounds. The apprehended cadre was handed over to Tobu Police Station.
