On Electricity Billing System and Power Linkage

Recently, there was a jeopardize billing structure concerning the Saksi NAP sector of Tuensang town HQ. with the unprecedented rise without pondering towards the consumers’ entities of Saksi ward. The concern department of the district, though supplemented with enough proves where, the present consumers of the ward are all the evidence which it would not try to consider, and why? Till the last paid months and for years, Saksi sector was routine under Sub-division (I) Tuensang (E.E power deptt.) where it maintain uniformity or was at par with the wide range complex jurisdiction under the mention sub-division officer and this is due to the ‘matter of reality’ that the load sharing and power connectivity/supply of NAP sector is under the same source of supervision with the out-post areas which includes more than 20 villages. The fact to be upheave that unlike other ward’s consumers of the town which are under E.E Sub-division (II), the 13th ward though under the same demarcation, the power linkage is totally unrelated and we are compelled to harshly enjoy the facility of the out-post power links where there is continuous load shedding and power disruption due to lack of proper supervision. Now, all of sudden, we were put under SDO div-2 without prior cumulation of certainties while ensuing the recent billing structure. Hence, the public remains confronted over this issue of bias development by the department and have also deliberated to the concern office with back reference but it remained without any adherence but to our dismay the bill was revised again with higher rates re-issued. My sincere appeal to the executive Engineer electrical, dept of power to take this matter of general grievances under very special terms withot creating any confusion among the consumers to revalidate the billing system of NAP sector under SDO div-1 as previously it was with average rates, and not under the SDO div-2 where we are not related in terms of power linkage.
