[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Central Government’s move to add a new name to an old sin has created an atmosphere of unity and division in the intellectual dimension. While the Government’s move has been passionately embraced by passionate women activists and lawyers, the contents of the other side of the page clearly showed a different picture. The Centre’s latest revelation to replace the word rape with sexual assault has been proposed to widen the scope of the said offence in the Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill 2012. The term rape has been defined as the penetration of an identified (Flesh/ Meat) object into a restricted area. The term rape has been neutralized to sexual assault to ensure equal justice to both genders of the human race.In regard to this latest development, the National Commission for Women chair person Mamta Sharma said she was glad the cabinet accepted most of the panel’s recommendations. In her press release addressed to the media she stated “Our recommendation has been accepted to change section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (Rape) and the punishment has been enhanced from seven years, and depending on the circumstances, from 10 years to life”. Section 375 of IPC which defines rape has also been changed to include provisions like when the woman is lured into having sex with the promise of marriage or made to consume an intoxicant or by fraud. These have been made punishable, she stated in her communication with IANS. This desired move has been endorsed by sinners of different nature, gender and sizes. The sequence of the serial rapes of the recent past prompted the awful Government to take the extreme step to ensure the security of the sons and daughters of our nation.
However on the provision of raising the age definition of minor to below 18 years, the reaction from women activist was more sharp. In her inflammatory comment Ranjana Kumar said that by raising the age definition it should not criminalized two consenting teens engaging in sex. “If they are consenting minors and engaging in sex, then it should not be criminalized”. The lewd statement of this lewd woman clearly indicates the pathetic condition of her ravished heart. If her own minor daughter is to engage in the act she did with her husband, I believe she will grief like a miserable woman who cries miserably. The nature of her stupid comments clearly depicts what she is. Liberal in nature she may ultimately end up in the place where everyone dreads to be in. The stance of this new act has been further strengthened by the likes of the pioneers of it. It will be feasible to know what the next step will be.
The act of certain evil laws will now be enforced to pave way for every nation to pay their homage and allegiance to the supreme ruler of the world order. The truth of the matter is that rape will always be raped and the sins will always remain as it is. However the evils of it will continue unless it is threatened and whoever threatens the powers of evil will be made stronger by the same power which made them. This dictatorial statement should be feared by every sinner, lest the powers of this evil world torments them in the next death. It is written by the knowledge of the giver of it and whoever acknowledges it will receive new life, new hope and new revelations in this sin governed world. This move is just as way for old sinners to use new names to introduce new sins to the sinners of this newer generation. The statements of this writer will always be supported by the answers of truth and whoever acknowledges the ways of our “SUPREME GOD” will get a new lease of life in the next life. New paths are now being paved for old and new sinners to walk in the ways of truth and whoever walks in it will not be crushed by the speeding vehicles of elite miserable sinners. These are not confused statements and only the ones who discerns it will understand it. The old sins should not be replaced and the new sins should be condemned. Condemn the acts of the sinners but not the sinners. Judge them by what the law is but push them not into hell because of what they did. Let them be imprisoned and allow them to repent in prison that they may not experience death and torment in the next death. The legacy of the law will continue to condemn, judge and condemn sinners to hell. Condemn not that you may not be condemned. Judge not that you may not be judged. Sin not that you may not be judged and condemned because of your acts of evil. These are the laws of God.
