The rock band Old School Nagaland launched their second original music video Rise as One in Kohima on July 10.

DIMAPUR — The rock band ‘Old School Nagaland’ launched their second original single, “Rise as One”, at De Oriental Grand in Kohima on July 10.
Inspector General of Police (INT) Rothihu Tetseo officially launched the music video as the special guest, while Professor Tiatoshi Jamir, Nagaland University, attended the event as the guest of honour, according to an update.
The five-member rock band features frontman Moa Imchen, Kilang Walling on drums, lead guitarist Lichen Kichu, Sophia on keys, and Yanger Imchen on bass.
According to frontman Moa Imchen, the song carries an uplifting message of unity, resilience, and collective strength for a better future.
Band member Kilang Walling said breaking into the music industry is a marathon, not a sprint. Despite the obstacles, he urged upcoming musicians to stay focused on their talent and skills to build momentum and reach the finishing line with success.
According to the band members, upcoming gigs at a few venues and more original releases are in the pipeline.
