
DIMAPUR — The School of Engineering and Technology (SET), Dimapur, and the department of Physics at Nagaland University (NU), headquartered in Lumami, organised a live streaming event on March 13 titled ‘India's techade-chips for viksit Bharat,’ which featured an address by the Prime Minister of India. It was held at Hill View Colony, Dimapur.
According to a press release, V K Vidyarthi, dean of the School of Engineering and Technology, expressed his appreciation for the event and emphasised its significance for technology students. He noted that the live streaming provided invaluable insights and knowledge to all participating students.
The event saw the participation of Y Sundaraiyya and faculty from the department of Physics at the Lumami headquarters.
About 250 students from Nagaland University listened to the prime minister's speech on semiconductor technology during the event.
