Dimapur, September 10 : Nagaland University bade a warm farewell to Vice-Chancellor Prof. BK Konwar who successfully completed five-year tenure, on September 7.
The university’s authorities conducted a programme for him in Lumami. In brief speeches delivered by officers, senior professors, administrative staffers, students, and the head GB of Lumami village, the outgoing vice-chancellor was thanked for his tremendous contribution to the growth of the university, a note from the university stated on Saturday.
Prof. BK Konwar led the university to “new heights through hard work, motivation, and adherence to the prescribed rules and regulations,” it added.
