program was organised under the initiative of Nagaland Tool Room and Training
Centre (NTTC) in collaboration with the department of Education, Immanuel
College, on Wednesday at the college conference hall. NTTC Instructor and
Project Executive Walu T Imchen was the resource person.
- According to an update, Imchen, in his address, highlighted
various short-term and long-term courses offered by the centre, providing
hands-on training and industry-relevant skills aimed at creating job-ready
professionals.
- Emphasising the importance of entrepreneurship, he advised
the students to identify their passion, acquire the necessary skills, and
develop a business plan.
- He also encouraged them to seek mentorship and secure
funding to transform their ideas into reality. He said that entrepreneurship is
not just about starting a business; it is also about creating value, driving
innovation, and shaping the future by building networks, taking risks, and
staying adaptable to achieve success in life.
