NTA to participate in Natl Junior Taekwondo Championship

Dimapur, September 19: The Nagaland Taekwondo Association (NTA) would participate in the 36th National Junior Taekwondo Championship 2016 from September 22 to 25 at Multipurpose Hall Guru Nanak Stadium, Ludhiana Punjab, this was informed in a press release by the association. The championship is organized by Punjab Taekwondo Association under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India. 19 members team along with four officials are Theja Keretsu,Visabiu Peseyie, Sanstuthung Ngullie and Keneingulie would particapte in the championship. The NTA team is sponsored by department of Youth Resources and Sports, NagalandThe players are Tokphen Phom(u-45 kg),Repinkiu N.Tikhir(u-48 kg),Ngaiching Phom(u-51kg),Keyinchingonbe Hega(u-55kg),Boto Chopy (u-59 kg),Iteipetbo Nkie(u-63kg),Khriekethozo Keretsu(u-68kg),Keneilevo Nagi(u-73 kg), Menuosetuo Yiese(o -78kg) For girls are T.Youngmei Kano Konyak(u-44kg),M.Amo Konyak(u-46kg),Antimongu Chang(u-49kg),Imtisangla(u-52kg),Echungbeni Ngullie(u-55kg) and Nenghoikim Singson(u-59 kg).
