Dimapur, April 26 (EMN): Nagaland State Veterinary Council (NSVC) will be observing the World Veterinary Day on April 29 at Capital Convention Centre, Secretariat Plaza, Kohima. The event will commenced with Dog Show from 10 a.m., followed by a special appearance by Dog squad, DEF, Kohima. 1st 2nd and 3rd winner dogs will receive pure breed, cross breed and indigenous native breed respectively. Complimentary prizes have also been arranged for all the participants.
Registrar of Nagaland State Veterinary Council Kohima, Dr. L. Temsu Ao informed that registration forms are available at Government Veterinary hospitals and private veterinary clinics. Subject matters such as pet care and its management will also be discussed during the Dog show. He also informed that selection the Best Veterinarian for the year 2017 is under process. All registered veterinarian have been requested to attend the event.
