Dimapur, May 25 (EMN): Naga Students’ Union Delhi (NSUD) has notified that the University of Delhi has commenced its undergraduate admissions for the academic session 2017-18 on May 22 and will continue till June 12. The students will be allotted admission according to their percentage that meets the specific cut-off in a particular college.
The candidates who wish to take admission for various undergraduate courses in different colleges of the Delhi University are required to register online at www.du.ac.in. The candidates are allowed to fill only one online registration form. Errors made in their attempt or wanted to modify or make changes then it can be rectified or modified by logging to ones’ registration account on the UG portal till the online registration postal is open.A single candidate can apply from only one account for UG admission. Therefore it is imperative for one to remember your email account during the “sign up” process at the time of registration. Gap year (s) would be no bar for purposes of admission to the undergraduate course. There is no first come first served policy.
Students planning to get admission through Sports/ECA quota are advised to fill both common form as well as separate form while filling the online registration.
For admission to St. Stephen College and Jesus & Mary College, aspirants must fill up online one single registration form as well as a concerned college online register form.
For any assistance, NSUD will set up its admission help desk from June 1 to 12 at Nagaland House, Delhi. The admission Committee will be available on the said date (except Sunday) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for any query parents/candidates may contact Admission Committee Convenor, Hinoto P Awomi (08130946202) and members- Chingriso (09873118216), Thejasenuo Usou (09599861546), Philapam Sareng (08745834822).
NSUD will also be organising seminar cum career guidance and counselling immediately after the admission process is over for all the Naga Students in Delhi. All those aspiring candidates to join Delhi for the same were urged to keep in touch with their respective unit tribe students leaders as well with NSUD for any necessary assistance in.

Aspiring candidates are required to produce the following documents at the time of admission.
1. Caste/Tribe certificate in the name of the candidate issued by the competent authority.
2. Class X (ten) certificate.
3. Class X (ten) Mark sheet.
4. Class XII (twelve) Certificate/ Provisional Certificate.
5. Class XII (twelve) mark sheet.
6. Self attested copy of sport certificate (s) for last three years.
7. Self attested copy of extra- curricular activities certificate.
8. Character Certificate (For students who have years gap should also produce the latest, they can get it from any gazetted officer).
9. Passport-size photographs of the applicant.
10. Transfer Certificate.
11. Migration Certificate.
12. Residential certificate (Domicile).
