Dimapur, April 28 (EMN): Nagaland State Cooperative Bank (NStCB) has earned a profit of INR 907.03 lakh during 2019-19 and also set a profit target of INR 1500.00 lakh in 2019-20.
This was made known during its annual conference of branch managers held in its headquarters office, Dimapur, on April 26on the theme “NStCB to a new height.” The conference was held to review the Development Action Plan (DAP-2018-19).
NStCB vice chairman, Kekhwengulo Lea, who also chaired the conference, expressed optimistic that the professional work force of the bank should take the competitive market as a challenge and opportunity to elevate its profits in the coming year. He stated that DAP is a major yardstick for elevating the financial parameter of the bank including its profitability. He called upon the employees of the bank to work unceasingly to bring the bank to a new height by achieving the projection under DAP.
Board of Directors namely Thsapongkyu Sangtam, LN Ngullie, Zandi Domta, Dr. YY Kiokon and Nungsang Aier and HC Biswas, NABARD assistant general manager, were present at the conference and exchanged their ideas.
R Lipoktoba Aier, NStCB managing director, delivered the keynote address and thanked the officials for their efforts in elevating the bank to its present status.
Managing managers Abhijit Kumar Deb, Ningsangwaba, Bendangnungsang and D Sale initiated the DAP proceedings.
The welcome address was delivered by D Sale and the conference concluded with the vote of thanks pronounced by AK Deb, general manager.
