NSRLM organises sales day in Ungma village

DIMAPUR — Various self help groups (SHG) under the aegis of Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM) organised a sales day programme in Ungma village under Mokokchung district on July 7. The event was organised with the motive to showcase the various products of SHGs and to explore possibilities for better income generation.

Altogether, 87 SHG including four village level organisation (VLO) namely Lanlia, Jenangtsur, Salo and Nokshular have participated in the sales day programme.

Toshimongla Kichu, DMM of NSRLM and DRDA project director, attended the programme as the guest of honour. Other guests including the project director of DRDA Mokokchung, BDO of Ongpangkong North, Kazupokba, BDO of Tsurangkong DRDA, Alice, and ADPM of NSRLM, Moatoshi, have attended the programme.
