Dimapur, April 19 (EMN): The Nsong Town Students’ Union (NTSU) conducted a seminar focusing on careers for students at Nsong town in Peren district on April 18.
A press release issued by the NTSU on Thursday informed that the extra assistant commissioner of Nsong, Tsutsowe Kupa, was the resource person at the event.
The press release stated that Kupa had urged the students to persevere in life. He stated that there was no shortcuts in life and that students must have determination in everything they do. Further, he told the gathering that studying only to get government jobs should not be the sole purpose of their seeking education. He advised the students to choose their streams carefully keeping in mind the ambitions they have.
According to the updates, 86 students attended the seminar.
The pastor of Nsong town baptist church, Heumong, blessed the students.
