NSF condemns March 26 incidents

EMN KOHIMA, MARCH 28 The Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has vehemently condemned the bomb blast in Wokha town and the firing incident near IG stadium, Kohima perpetrated by unidentified miscreants on March 26. The NSF, in a release today, decried the bomb blast at Wokha town wherein several individuals sustained grievous injuries and properties got destroyed. While urging the investigating agencies to put in all efforts to nab the perpetrators of the incident, the federation appealed to the district administration to provide for adequate security to the general public for a peaceful and conducive environment.On the firing incident at Kohima, the NSF stated that the unjustified act of firing in public place rendered innocent lives at risk and is causing fear psychosis to the people in the locality. Appealing for restraint from such act of violence, the NSF also urged upon the law enforcing agencies to book the culprits at the earliest and restore normalcy.
