The NSCN (Reformation) Defence Kilonser and Supervisor UT1 Khekato Kinny through MIP clarifies that he was in no way involved in the 16th August incident wherein one Maj. Toishe of NSCN (IM) was killed and it is very unfortunate that the blame is directed towards him, which as a result, “made NSCN (IM) to attack me and my family on 20/08/2019, but we luckily escaped unhurt by the grace of God”
While the fact is, when some of the arrested persons by the NSCN- IM (suspected of the killing) are from the NSCN (IM) fold itself, how can I be involved in that? This is also to clarify about one Maj. Vishiho (one of the arrested suspects) that he was/is no way from the NSCN (R).
Some few months back, Maj. Vishiho of (IM) while on leave came to our Vice President that he wants to join the NSCN (R), but he was flatly refused by our VP on the grounds the he (Vishiho) is a ‘Drug Addict’. After that he (Vishiho) came to me asking to vouch for him (to accept him in our folds) to the higher ups, which I too refused on the grounds that whatever the decision was taken by the Higher Authorities is final. So now when Vishiho (whether or not is involved in the killing) was arrested by the NSCN(IM) for whatever reason (s), and is still a member (or a deserter or a leave defaulter or whatever) of the NSCN (IM), how can I be involved in that unfortunate incident that led to the murder of Late Toishe?
It is also possible that (if Vishiho was/is involved), since he was flatly refused by the NSCN (R), he may be having some ill intention towards the NSCN (R) and wants to malign its image.
Hence, In the sight of God, I want to clarify to everyone concerned (through MIP) that I was in no way involved in the unfortunate killing of Maj. Toishe. I also appeal to wisdom of the NSCN(IM) as a matured Organisation, to produce facts, proof and evidence that I was involved, and simply not through hearsay and suspicions, but whatever was the reason(s) that led to the murder of Late Toishe, I (or for that matter) the NSCN (R) have nothing to do with it.
