Dimapur, April 6 (EMN): NSCN (IM) has mourned the demise of its razou peyu, M Shonphun Maku, from Narum village under Khurmi region, who passed away on April 5 after a prolonged illness.
NSCN (IM) press release through its MIP stated that Shonphun had given his all for the Naga cause after he joined the national service on June 5, 1965. It IM) conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed that God Almighty would grant them strength and courage to withstand the loss in their hours of grief and sorrow. It further stated that his service would be recorded in the pages of Naga history, it prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
NSCN (IM) under Union Territory (UT-I) has recovered two wheeler (Pulsar 150) bearing Chassis no. MD2A11C25ECH69789 and Engine no. DH2CEH49163.
It has asked the rightful owner to claim the bike by producing genuine documents at UT-I Office during working hour within one week from the date of publication of the news. The concerned owner is asked to contact the UT secretary on phone no. 918014620571 for further information.
Meanwhile, the chairman of NSCN (IM), Q Tuccu, has convened an emergency meeting of UT-I and its representatives on April 8 at CHQ Hebron at 10 am. He has requested all concerned officials from the rank of tatar and above, deputy secretaries and above and from the Naga army, majors and above to attend the meeting without fail.
