Dimapur, Jan. 31 (EMN): The NSCN (IM) has mourned the untimely demise of Tsuknungchuba Ao, ‘tatar’ from Ao region on Jan. 9, after a prolonged illness. He was stated to have enrolled in the national service in 2005.
The GPRN also mourned the demise of Bendang Ao from Ao region, ‘leacy’ of Union Territory-I, on Jan. 25, after a prolonged illness in Dimapur.
“Their untimely demise has created a huge void in the national service which will be difficult to fill, yet their legacies and sacrificial service shall always be remembered,” the MIP said.
The group extended its deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of the two departed national workers, and prayed for their souls to rest in eternal peace.
