Dimapur, Dec. 27 (EMN): NSCN (IM) has taken strong exception to what it termed as baseless allegation of kidnapping oil officers attached with Kipo Oil and Infrastructure at Kumchakha in Arunachal Pradesh.

“Where are the slightest hints to connect NSCN with the kidnapping? Such an irresponsible manner of reports without ascertaining the factual truth is condemnable by all the right thinking organisations,” a NSCN (IM)’s statement through its MIP stated.

Also taking exception to the terrorist tag on NSCN, it stated that there is no such terrorist organisation that goes by the name NSCN which is engaged in a political negotiation.

“Such a manner of cheapness in the report of Bhupen Goswami is strongly condemned by NSCN. He should mature himself in his journalism to establish his credibility,” it added.
