The NPF Central Youth Wing is constrained to issue this press rejoinder on “BJP Pughoboto Mandal questions NPF Youth Wing,” which was published in local dailies on the issue of Illegal Appointments made by corrupt officers in Health & family Welfare Department.
The NPF Central Youth Wing wonders why a reputed National Political Party keeps on vociferously insisting a reply when they themselves know that the then Corrupt Officers ( Now retired) had demeaned and belittled their office by issuing illegal appointment orders just for their personal vested interest.
Knowing fully the NPF Central Youth Wing is not answerable to BJP Pughoboto Mandal, as it does not function under them, however, to clarify the subject matter at hand, it is hereby stated that NPF derives its strength from the grassroot, as the people at the grassroot are the
“High Command”. Since there is a popular Government under the NPF led DAN Government, it should be the endeavour of all the alliance partners (DAN) to ensure that no Government officers misuse their authority when they are in the chair. There are various instances where officers make illegal and unauthorized appointments when they are on the verge of retirement and this present case of Health & Family Welfare is one of the classic examples of such practices by an officer on the verge of retirement. Since BJP is a National Party, it is expected of them to know that any appointment made without Government approval i.e. (without the approval of the Concern Commissioner & Secretary) is illegal and therefore liable to be dismissed. Moreover the BJP Mandal Pughoboto seek clarification against the clear standing Government Office memorandum No.AR-3/Gen-174/2007 (pt) dated Kohima the 13th January, 2010.
However, the very fact, the BJP Pughoboto Mandal have become so jittery because the Department has issued showcause notice to the appointees speaks volume of their ill intention of protecting illegal doings by the officers concerned in the Department.
The Central Youth Wing wonders why BJP Pughoboto Mandal is so interested to protect the illegal and corrupt means done by those officers responsible for making random appointment without the approval of popular Government when their High Command leaders are talking tall on
“Corruption Free India”? The BJP Pughoboto Mandal may not like it but the NPF Central Youth Wing will continue to check illegal appointments made without the approval of the Government, as the party is committed to its election manifesto.
