NPF Pughoboto division organises oath taking-cum-advent Christmas programme.

DIMAPUR — An installation/oath taking-cum-advent Christmas programme of the NPF Pughoboto division was held on Monday at Pughoboto town hall, with Anungba Imsong, senior vice president of NPF and COB-in-charge Pughoboto AC, administering the oath to the office bearers.
Office bearers from the parent body, women wing, youth wing and the farmers’ wing were administered the oath, a update stated.
Delivering the welcome address, Viyikhu Q Wotsa, president of NPF Pughoboto division, thanked the party's central leadership, led by Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and secretary general Achumbemo Kikon, for their guidance and leadership, which has strengthened the party.
Stating that the NPF party is deeply rooted in Naga history, Imsong urged the gathering to give their full support to the dynamic, young and capable leadership of Y Vikheho Swu. He further urged the gathering to work towards enhancing development in the region.

Former minister and president of the NPF central farmers’ wing, Y Vikheho Swu, stated “we are back to where we belong,” and added that the NPF party has brought the Naga people thus far and will continue to guide the Naga people forward.
He urged the gathering to educate the voters about the developmental activities of the government, talk to the public, hear them and educate them about the development activities of the government.
Members from the NPF COB also attended the programme. The programme concluded with a fellowship meal.
