Dimapur, Dec. 28 (EMN): The Naga People’s Front minority wing central and divisional team carried out relief work by giving away blankets and food items to the fire victims of Ura village, Dimapur in the presence of G.B. Chemri Sangtam and Katila, convener of fire-affected area, according to a statement from the office of the party’s minority wing.
NPF General secretary central T. Lotha expressed sympathy over the disaster and appreciated the noble gesture of NPF minority wing central led by Bishnu Bhattacharjee with division team for the selfless activities towards needy people.
Bhattacharjee distributed blankets, clothes and food items to the fire victims and thanked the villagers, NGOs and civil societies for standing up and helping those affected by the fire incident at Ura.
