NPF hands over INR 6 lakh to the Konyak Union for families affected by the Mon landslide.

DIMAPUR — A Naga People's Front (NPF) relief team visited Mon district on July 29 and handed over INR 6 lakh to the Konyak Union for families affected by the July 19 landslide that claimed 11 lives.
According to a press communique issued by the party, the team met representatives of the Konyak Union and conveyed condolences on behalf of the party.
The relief amount was collected through voluntary donations from the party rank and file and well-wishers.
The delegation was led by Advisor to Chief Minister Apong Pongener, Working President Ahovi Awomi, Senior Vice President Khongjah Konyak, Vice President Shamlau Konyak, and General Secretary Manpha Konyak.
