Dimapur, May 9 (EMN): As per the directive of the Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) administrator, the Notun Bosti Council Dimapur (NBCD) in a press release has directed all the khel chairmen and GBs of Notun Bosti not to issue no objection certificate (NOC), permanent residential certificate (PRC) and others without producing residential sanitary tax (RST) payment receipt.
The council also informed all the residents to pay RST from August 2017 to April 2018. Residents are also requested to cooperate with the council for smooth functioning of the administration.
Council chairman, E Jon Ezung has also directed those residents residing near the Lengri river side to properly maintain septic latrine bunker / tank and to keep the river clean. It also requested all the neighbouring colonies of both the sides (Nagaland and Assam) to maintain the same and do the needful.
