
Dimapur: The Purvottar Bharat Parikrama car rally reached Kohima, Nagaland, after covering 2200 km across four states (West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh) in the past nine days.
The car rally has been joined by PVC awardee, Sub Maj and Honorary Capt. Yogendra Singh Yadav, PVC (Retd). On reaching Kohima, the members of the rally paid homage to soldiers at the WWII memorial. The families of Capt. (Late) Neikezhakuo Kenguruse, MVC, and Honorary Capt. Imliakum Ao, MVC were also felicitated during the event.
A motivational talk was also given by Yogendra Singh Yadav to the NCC cadets and school students.

The team comprising Brig. KM Shende, Shaurya Chakra; Sub Maj and Honorary Captain (Retd) Yogendra Singh Yadav, Param Vir Chakra and Col Saurabh Mishra and other members reached the school.
They were welcomed by Group Captain RK Yadav, Principal Sainik School Punglwa.
The officers along with their team interacted with the staff and cadets of the school.
With the objective of bringing more young and vibrant youth to serve the nation in the Armed Forces, KM Shende and Yogendra Singh Yadav shared their enriching and motivating life experiences, while Col. Saurabh Mishra brought out the aim and objective behind the car rally.
