Lok Sabha Mp Neiphiu Rio has expressed pain and said he was saddened to hear of the untimely demise of Nochet Imcha who passed away in New Delhi on January 6.
According to Rio, in 2003, late Nochet was one of the founding leaders who were instrumental in formation of the Democratic Alliance of Nagaland. Over the years, he made positive contributions in all aspects and was always concerned for the welfare of the people.
Rio also said that late Nochet was a hard working and sincere person who still had much to contribute towards our society. His demise is a heavy loss and we will all miss his vibrant energy and enthusiasm in our common endeavors of working for the people, the Lok Sabha MP said.
“My family joins me in conveying our deepest condolences to the members of the bereaved family and we pray to Almighty God to let his soul rest in peace,” the condolence message of Rio added.
