No law and order incident across Nagaland on June 7

Dimapur, June 8 (EMN): There was no report of law and order incidents across Nagaland on June 7, according to the report issued by the State Emergency Operation Centre Covid-19 Control Room at Kezekie Kohima.

Further the report stated that, shops for food grains, groceries, medicine and milk were opened in all the districts of Nagaland and that there were no report of any shortage of food grains, groceries, milk or medicine in the state.

“There were no restrictions on movement of essential service providers like electricity, telecom facilities, medical facilities etc and personnel/workers in manufacturing units and commercial vehicles for distribution of essential commodities and e-commerce,” thr report read.

“The state government has organised suitable arrangements for providing food and shelter to migrant workers affected by the covid-19 restrictions. At present there is 1 (One) active relief camps and 2 (Two) active food camps one each in Kohima and in Dimapur respectively,” it added.
