Dimapur, April 17 (EMN): NNC/GDRN (N/A) has refuted news report which was published in some sections of the local dailies on April 17 wherein NSCN (R) welcomed the so called “homecomers” from NNC/GDRN (N/A).
In a clarification, NNC/GDRN (N/A) MIP kilonser, Khehoto Rochill said Lt. Col Kehuto, Lt. Col Toshika, Lt Col Huvito, Major Samuel, Major Ato, Major Shikato, Capt. Inito, Sgt. Maj. Jakeho and Sgt. Maj. Zakato were previously from NNC/GDRN (N/A) but defected to NSCN (IM) on November 1, 2016.
He, therefore, said the news item of April 17 by NSCN (R) claiming that the above mentioned Naga Army personnel as having joined their fold from NNC/GDRN (N/A) was erroneous.
