DIMAPUR — The NNC/FGN, led by Brig. (Retd) S Singnya, Kedahge, refuted the press statement from Zhopra Vero that appeared in the print media on November 30.
In a press release, the group claimed that the allegation made by the Vero group, stating that Ghuvishe Sema/G Zhimomi/G Sema, a chaplee kilonser under NNC/FGN, was a teacher under the establishment of the Directorate of School Education, Nagaland, was found to be fictitious.
It said that there are hundreds of namesakes with the same name, Ghuvishe, in Sumi, but “none of them was neither enrolled under NNC/FGN nor a state government employee”. Hence, the NNC/FGN hereby clarified to the concerned department not to pay heed to the allegations, which were totally baseless.
Meanwhile, the NNC/FGN once again directed the Zhopra Vero-led group to stop using the nomenclature NNC/FGN and issuing unfounded write-ups, as Vero was impeached from both primary and active membership of the government.
