Dimapur, March 27 (EMN): Naga National Council (NNC), parent body, in an emergency central executive council meeting on March 26 unanimously resolved to terminate its general secretary, V Nagi and some NNC-PB members, who were already suspended on June 6, 2018, during its central executive council meeting held under the presidentship of Z Royim Yimchungrü.
NNC-PB media cell stated that the house, after serious discussion on pros and cons, decided to expel its general secretary, V Nagi, and central executive council members including Yillow Humtsoe, Ekimthung Paton, and Zhiongba Yimchungrü for indulging in activities against the Yahzabo of the organisation.
The media cell also stated that NNC-PB had served them several warnings but they failed to comply with the cautions. It further stated that they are no longer represented to the NNC-PB in any form nor can use the name of the NNC-PB for any activities.
