NLA Speaker disposes off petitions

EMN Dimapur, November 22 Nagaland Legislative Assembly Speaker has disposed off the petition (Petition No.2. 2015 K. Therie, President, NPCC Vs S.I. Jamir MLA and others) dismissing it vide order (No.AS/LEG/PETITION/2015 dated 20th November, 2015) and another petition (No.2, 2015 S.I. Jamir and seven others claiming merger) which is accepted and declared the claimants as members of the NPF legislature party (vide order No.AS/LEG/PETITION-M/2015 dated 21.11.2015.). Informing this in a press note, N.Benjamin Newmai, Commissioner & Secretary said that the Speaker has further disposed off the petition filed for disqualification of Noke Wangnao, MLA and 18 others as withdrawn.   NPCC meet on November 26 The extended ‘executive meeting’ of NPCC will be held on November 26 in Congress Bhavan Kohima at 11 am. All the executive members, DCC presidents and frontal chiefs are requested to attend the meeting without fail, informed NPCC.
