NITI (NEET-JEE) Academy announces 100% scholarship

- DIMAPUR — In an
effort to support and nurture the brightest minds of Nagaland, NITI (NEET-JEE)
Academy, Dimapur, has announced 100% scholarship for the past and to-be top 10
Science toppers of class 12 under NBSE and CBSE (above 96% scorers) to prepare
for NEET and JEE examinations.
- The initiative aims to provide free crash course coaching
for aspiring medical and engineering students, ensuring that financial
constraints do not hinder their dreams of pursuing top-tier careers in the
fields of medicine and engineering, an update from NITI Nagaland stated.
- The initiative was part of NITI Academy’s vision to empower
and uplift the youth of Nagaland by providing world-class coaching, resources
and mentorship to meritorious students. By offering fully funded crash courses,
the academy seeks to bridge the gap in access to quality education and help
students compete at the national level.
- It mentioned that NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance
Test) and JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) are among the most competitive exams
in India, determining admissions to premier medical and engineering
institutions like AIIMS, IITs, and NITs. It stated that students from Nagaland
have historically faced challenges in accessing specialised coaching due to
limited resources and geographical constraints.
- To address the gap, NITI Academy would provide expert
faculty from IITs, who themselves have faced NEET and JEE exams, comprehensive
crash course modules covering syllabus, concepts, and exam strategies,
state-of-the-art infrastructure with digital learning support, regular mock
tests and performance analysis, doubt-clearing sessions and personalised
mentorship.
- Speaking about the initiative, Ajay Sethi, founder director
of NITI Academy, Nagaland, said, "Our mission is to provide talented
students with the best possible training to help them succeed in competitive
exams. Many students from Nagaland have the potential to excel in NEET and JEE
but lack access to high-quality coaching. Through this full scholarship
program, we aim to remove financial barriers and give these bright minds a fair
chance to achieve their dreams."
- It stated that the 100% scholarship programme is exclusively
available to the top 10 students from NBSE and CBSE Class XII board results.
Students, who wish to pursue careers in medicine (via NEET) or engineering (via
JEE), can apply for the scholarship by visiting NITI Academy, Nagaland, or by
contacting the academy directly. The application process would include document
verification and a short interaction session to assess motivation and career
path.
