Dimapur, Nov. 29 (EMN): The Nagaland Government Registered Class-I Contractors’ Union (NGRC-I CU) has resolved to support the Naga peace talk for an early honourable solution with a demand to strengthen the Article 371 A of Indian Constitution in letter and in spirit.
The resolution to this effect was taken during its annual meeting-cum-advent Christmas celebration held in its office on November 29, an update from the union president Seyiekuolie and vice president S Bendang Jamir stated on Friday.
The union has appealed the state government to issue a direction to disqualify any contractor who quotes below the schedule of rate (SOR) during the tender process.
