Dimapur, July 14 (EMN): To avoid scarcity ofessential commodities and other materials at railways tracks that were cut off-off in Assam following heavy rainfall, the operation of freight trains have resumed at the entire Lumding – Badarpur hill section.
An update from the NFR issued on July 14 informed that the services of passenger trains which have earlier been cancelled and partially cancelled have either been extended or will remain cancelled in few selected stations.
More than 60 locations are said to be affected.
