Dimapur, Feb. 24 (EMN): Nagaland Foot Hill Road Coordination Committee (NFHRCC) has resolved to stand on its approved original alignment and to divert from disturbed area belt (DAB)/ super sensitive areas in order to avoid unwanted obstruction.
The resolution to this effect was taken during its emergency meeting with all the participating apex tribal hohos on February 23. The resolution was necessitated following an issue arising in the alignment of Nagaland trans–expressway (Nagaland foothills road) at Ralan area.
The members have also resolved to invite the contractor M/S Trident Enterprises and Associates, state PWD (R&B) department and the apex tribal hohos for a meeting on February 28 in its office at 11 am to ascertain on the work allocated at Ralan area sector.
This was stated in a joint statement issued by the committee convenor Supu Jamir, assistant general secretary Chenithung Humtsoe, and the genrral secretary W Lemba Chang.
