NEZCC to host painting workshop in Dimapur

DIMAPUR — The North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC), Dimapur, in collaboration with the Department of Art and Culture, government of Nagaland, will organise a one-day painting and art workshop on the theme “Seva Parv – vision of Viksit Bharat ke rang kala ke sang.”

According to a DIPR report, the workshop is scheduled for September 30 at 11 am at the NEZCC Stone Sculpture Garden, Dimapur, and aims to celebrate the vision of a developed India through art. Participation is open to professional artists, college students, and school students.

The event will feature competitive categories with prize money across three groups. Professional artists will receive INR 1,00,000, INR 50,000, and INR 25,000 for the top three positions. For college students, the prizes are INR 25,000, INR 15,000, and INR 10,000. School students will be awarded INR 10,000, INR 5,000, and INR 2,500, along with consolation prizes.
