WSSU signs MoU with Edufy Institute
DIMAPUR — The Western Sümi Students’ Union (WSSU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Edufy Institute on February 21. Under the initiative, a total of 25 students are currently undergoing coaching classes for UPSC, NPSC and NSSB integrated programmes as well as SSC and banking examinations, which started on March 10. An update from WSSU stated that 10 students have been sponsored by the institute, while the remaining students are being sponsored by the union.
SCC conducts extension service
DIMAPUR — The Science departments of Sao Chang College (SCC) in Tuensang conducted an extension service at St. John Higher Secondary School on Friday. The programme was organised for the 12th standard students of St. John Higher Secondary School. The programme was chaired by Naong Monyu of B.Sc (Bio- Chem) 4th semester, and the activities included powerpoint presentation on various topics of sciences along with a demonstration of an experiment based on Faraday’s law and Oersted’s law. A total of 51 students and 8 teachers attended the programme.
IUN organises academic talk
DIMAPUR — The Political Science department at ICFAI University Nagaland (IUN), in collaboration with IQAC of the university, organised an academic talk on Friday. An update from the university stated that the talk titled “Greater Israel and the fall of an empire” was delivered by Dr. Salikyu Sangtam, associate professor at Tetso College. Dr. Sangtam provided insightful perspectives on geopolitical developments, encouraging critical discussion and academic engagement among attendees.The talk witnessed active participation from students and faculty members.
