DEO Dimapur notifies on draft list of polling station
Office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Dimapur has notified that the draft list of polling station for 1-Dimapur-I, 2-Dimapur-II, 3-Dimapur-III, 4-Ghaspani-I and 5-Ghaspani-II Assembly Constituencies has been prepared and published and is available for inspection in the office of the District Election Officer, during office hours. Any objections or suggestions to the draft list should be made on or before August 30.
DDMA quarterly meeting
Deputy Commissioner and DDMA Chairman, Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS has informed all the members that the DDMA quarterly meeting will be held on August 24 at 11 a.m. in the DC’s Conference Hall, Kohima. Matters in connection with the Nagaland Emergency preparedness Exercise (NEPEX) to be conducted on the August 30 will also be discussed. All the members have been requested to attend the meeting in person without delegating other officers.
Suruhuto-Asuto area meeting
The Suruhuto Area Village Development Board Association has informed that, the Suruhuto-Asuto area, apex bodies, committee on Clean & Fair Election of 33 A/C Suruhuto-Asuto, that there will be meeting on September 15, 10 a.m. at RD Block VDB Conference Hall, Suruhuto town. The proposed meeting is to discuss on agendas resolved during the committee tour of all the 29 villages under 33 A/C Suruhuto-Asuto from May 8 to 12. All the presidents and Secretaries of SAKH, SRSU, CLF, SBAK Aizuto, Nito Mount, Asuto & Suruhuto, NCRC, STH, 29 village council chairmen, SAPO, SAVDBA have been asked to attend the meeting.
ANHTU convenes emergency meet
All Nagaland Hindi Teachers Union (ANHTU) has convened san emergency meeting, on August 26, 11 a.m. at its advisor’s resident, HSSPK Burma Camp, Dimapur. ANHTU office bearers, all unit presidents and all advisors have been requested to attend the meeting without fail.

The Tuensang District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) has convened an emergency meeting for finalisation LADP 2017-18 Schemes for Tuensang district, on August 28, 11 a.m. at Deputy Commissioner Conference Hall. All DPDB members have been requested to attend the meeting positively.

Office of the Western Sumi Hoho (WSH) has informed that there will be a joint-meeting of WSH Judicial Board, WSKH Judicial Board along with Khehoi village GBs, Aqahuto Area GBs Union and Western Sumi elders, on August 26, 10 a.m. at WSH Hiyam, Chekiye. All the concerned members and elders have been requested to attend the meeting without fail.
