May 27 declared as working day for Kohima offices
The Home Department in a notification informed that in view of the forthcoming Special Assembly Session, the Government of Nagaland has declared May 27 (Saturday), as working day for all the offices located at Kohima.
All administrative heads and heads of department have been directed to ensure attendance of the respective officers and staff.NLA Estimate Committee meeting
Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) Secretary, K.Sekhose has informed that the first meeting of the Committee on Estimate (2017-2018) NLA has beenscheduled on May 30 at 11 a.m. in the committee room of Assembly Secretariat Kohima, to take stock of works and chalk out the work programme for 2017-2018, and consideration and adoption of draft report of estimates committee 127, 128 and 129 ATR reports. All the concerned have been requested make it convenient and attend the meeting positively.
ZSU to organise career guidance prog
Zhavame Students’ Union (ZSU) will be organising one-day career guidance –cum-orientation programme on May 27 from 10 a.m. at the Conference Hall of Catholic Association Nagaland (CAN), D. Block, Kohima. Associate professor from SCERT Government of Nagaland, Dr. Zavise Rume and entrepreneur, Rekha Rose Dukru will be the resource persons for the first session and second session respectively. All the students from class 9 and above have been asked to attend the programme.
ANHTU Kma Unit general meeting
All Nagaland Hindi Teachers’ Union (ANHTU) has convened a general meeting on May 27 at RBP School Keziekie (near Koinonia Church) at 10 a.m. All government Hindi teachers working in Kohima district have been requested to attend the meeting. BJP Disciplinary Action Committee meeting
The BJP Nagaland Disciplinary Action Committee has convened a meeting on May 30, at State Party Office, Dimapur at 11 a.m. All the members of the committee have been requested to attend the same positively.
