No helicopter service from May 26-30
In view of the forthcoming by-election to the Nagaland Parliamentary Constituency 2018 requisitioned by chief electoral officer of Nagaland, the Nagaland State Transport has informed all the commuters and public that the state’s helicopter service, M/s Global Vectra Helicorp Limited, will not be available for regular schedule and chartering from May 26 to the 30th.
NGHSSEA convenes general meeting
The Nagaland Government Higher Secondary School Employees Association (NGHSSEA) has convened a general meeting on May 18 at 10 am at the multipurpose hall, RGHSS in Kohima. All the government higher secondary schools have been asked to send at least two representatives. Principals are requested to ensure the participation of the members and give confirmed number of participants.

Cervical and breast cancer detection camp in Wokha
The chief medical officer of Wokha has informed that a cervical and breast cancer detection camp will be conducted by a team of doctors from the Dr. Anjana Phukan Memorial Foundation on May 19 from 10 am onwards at Dr. Motsuo Memorial District Hospital in Wokha. The camp will provide services on gynae consultation and awareness talks to the women, VIA test, pap smear test, breast screening, BP checking, and free medicine distribution. All womenfolk are invited to attend the camp and avail the opportunity.
School of Fine Art to organise mega-art festival
