FGN expresses condolence
The ‘commander in chief’ of the Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN), Avecho, has expressed condolence with the bereaved family members of “col.” Kedulhinyi, on April 26 at Zapami village. A press release from Avecho on Thursday informed that Kedulhinyi had joined the ‘Naga army’ on March 19 1962. He was a true patriot and a recipient of military cross of Naga army, the message stated. His service will always be remembered, the message stated. ‘May his soul rest in peace and may God give solace to the bereaved family members, relatives and dear ones,’ the message added.
Govt. assurances committee to meet
The secretariat has informed that its first introductory meeting and adoption of the 92nd main report of the committee on government assurances will be conducted on May 18 at 11:30 am in the committee’s room in Kohima. Members of the committee on government assurances are requested to attend the event.
