Mon administration prohibits illegal sale of fuel
Noticing the open sale of fuel (petrol / diesel) illegally by grocery and pan shops, the deputy commissioner of Mon, K Thavaseelan, on March 15 issued a prohibitive order within the town with immediate effect. The order further warned of stringent action according to relevant section of law against the defaulters of the directive. According to DPRO report, the order has been issued on account of the likelihood of fires and related emergencies due to sale of fuel in such a manner thereby, endangering human lives and property.
Lotha Catholic youth convenes meeting
The Lotha Catholic Youth Association has convened a meeting on March 24 at Don Bosco Youth Centre, Wokha town. All the church leaders, catechists, unit presidents, former executives and well wishers have been requested to attend the meeting positively.
