Dept. heads emergency meeting
An emergency meeting of administrative heads of department (AHoDs) and heads of departments (HoDs) has been convened on March 7 at 12 noon at the Secretariat’s conference hall. All AHoDs and HoDs have been informed to attend the meeting as per a circular issued by the chief secretary.
Wokha’s DPDB meet on March 13
The vice chairman of District Planning Development Board (DPDB) Wokha, Dr. Manazir Jeelani Samoon has informed that the monthly board meeting will be held on March 13 at deputy commissioner’s conference hall in Wokha. All members have been requested to attend the meeting positively.
Institutions asked to collect sports goods
All government higher secondary school principals and high school headmasters are informed to collect the sports goods from the Directorate office, Physical Education Section (ground floor room no. 4) during office hour, from March 10 to April 10. Official deal and signature of the head of institute will be required to release the sports goods, it infromed.
DoSE informs institutions
Following the direction from the Ministry of Human Resources Development to support for nation-wide polio vaccination campaign on March 11, the Directorate of School Education has directed all head of institutions (both government and private) in the state to make special efforts for wide publicity at school through school children for spreading the news to mobilize families and children to enable them immunize all children under five year of age for polio vaccination on that day.
ANTA Kohima calls general meeting
All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) Kohima Hq. has convened a general meeting on March 17 at D Block Panchayat Hall in Kohima. The meeting has been called to discuss on issues and plights of drivers/owners and other matters related to association. For the stated reason, the unit president has requested all drivers and owners to attend the meeting positively.
Dimapur DC informs requisitioned vehicle owners
The district election officer of Dimapur, Sushil Kumar Patel has informed all the owners of autorickshaws / light vehicles / tata mobiles (pick-up) of Dimapur district that were requisitioned for use during the conduct of election to collect their vehicle documents from the office of deputy commissioner’s office during office hours. Autorickshaws and tata mobiles (pick-up) are asked to collect the same on March 8 while light motor vehicles on March 9.
